This Privacy Policy explains how GET EAZY ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Get Eazy customer app (com.viitor.geteazyonline) and related services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details — your mobile number (used for OTP sign-in), and optionally your name and email.
  • Delivery addresses & location — addresses you save, and your device location (GPS) when you grant permission, to detect serviceable areas, suggest your address, and estimate delivery.
  • Order & transaction data — items ordered, amounts, delivery details, loyalty points, wallet balance, and order history.
  • Voice instructions — if you record a delivery voice note at checkout, we access the microphone and store that recording with your order.
  • Device & usage data — basic device information and app interactions needed to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account and authenticate sign-in via OTP.
  • To place, deliver, and track your orders, and to calculate pricing, delivery fees, and ETAs.
  • To share necessary details with the restaurant/vendor and the delivery partner fulfilling your order.
  • To operate loyalty, wallet, and promotional features.
  • To provide customer support and to improve reliability and performance.

3. Permissions we request

4. Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to provide the service:

  • Restaurants/vendors — order contents required to prepare your order.
  • Delivery partners — your delivery address and contact details to complete delivery.
  • Service providers (processors) — hosting and database (Supabase), maps/geocoding (Google Maps/Places), and payment processors. They process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Transaction records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance, after which data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights & choices

  • Access and update your profile and addresses in the app.
  • Control location/microphone permissions from your device settings.
  • Delete your account and data — see the "Delete My Account" page.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

8. Children

Get Eazy is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be notified in-app where appropriate.

This Privacy Policy explains how GET EAZY ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Get Eazy Partner mobile app (com.viitor.geteazypartner), used by delivery partners to receive and fulfil delivery assignments on the Get Eazy platform.

1. Information we collect

a. Information you provide

  • Account details — your name, registered mobile number, and partner ID used to sign in.
  • Onboarding details — information your operations team records to register you as a delivery partner.
  • Support communications — messages and feedback you send us.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Location data — when you are signed in and on an active/available status, the app collects your device's precise location to assign nearby orders, provide navigation and accurate ETAs, and let customers track their delivery. You control this via your device's location permission.
  • Delivery activity — orders assigned to you, statuses you set (accepted, picked up, delivered, etc.), distances, and earnings/settlement records.
  • Device & usage — device model, OS version, app version, and basic diagnostic/usage data to keep the app reliable.

2. How we use your information

  • Assign and manage delivery tasks and show navigation, routes, and ETAs.
  • Share limited, necessary details with customers and vendors so a delivery can be completed (e.g., your first name and live location during an active delivery).
  • Calculate earnings, incentives, and settlements.
  • Provide support, ensure safety, prevent fraud, and improve the app.
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. Permissions we request

  • Service providers (processors) — hosting and backend infrastructure (our cloud database provider), maps, and communications tools, under appropriate safeguards.
  • Legal — where required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data storage & security

Your information is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your partner account is active and as needed to provide the service. Certain records (e.g., settlement/transaction history) may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

  • Access and update your account information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data — see the "Delete My Account" page.
  • Withdraw permissions (e.g., location) via device settings.

8. Children

The app is intended only for registered delivery partners aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Get Eazy account and associated data for the app com.viitor.geteazyonline. You do not need to be signed in to submit a request.

You can request deletion in two ways — in-app, or by contacting us directly (below).

How to request deletion

Option A — In the app

  1. Open the Get Eazy app and go to the Account tab.
  2. Choose Delete my account and confirm. You can do this at any time; deletion takes effect immediately.

Option B — Contact us

Send a deletion request from your registered mobile number / email:

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, mobile number)
  • Saved delivery addresses and location data
  • Loyalty points and wallet balance
  • Cart, wishlist, and app preferences

Timeline

You can request deletion in two ways — in the app, or by contacting us directly (below).

How to request deletion

Option A — In the app

Open Profile → Help/Support and request account deletion (where available).

Option B — Contact us

Send a request from your registered mobile number / email, including your partner ID for verification:

What gets deleted

  • Your partner profile and contact details.
  • Login credentials and session data.
  • Personal preferences and device/location data linked to your account.

Timeline

You can request account deletion at any time. We process requests promptly; we may contact you to confirm identity or to settle any pending dues before deletion.

Effect of deletion

  • You will no longer be able to sign in or receive assignments.
  • Any pending settlements will be processed per platform policy before account closure.
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; you would need to re-register to work again.
