These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Get Eazy customer app (com.viitor.geteazyonline)
and services operated by GET EAZY. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Get Eazy is a multi-city food-delivery marketplace that connects customers with restaurants/vendors and delivery partners. We facilitate ordering and delivery; food is prepared by the listed vendors.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be capable of entering a binding contract and provide a valid mobile number.
- Sign-in is via OTP. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
3. Orders, pricing & payments
- Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and charges are shown at checkout before you place an order.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when the vendor confirms.
- Payment methods may include cash on delivery, wallet, and online payment, where available.
- Promotions, loyalty points, and wallet credits are subject to their specific terms and may change or end.
4. Delivery & service areas
Delivery is available only in serviceable cities/areas and during the displayed service hours. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed.
5. Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel an order, but the cancellation must be confirmed within 10 minutes of placing it. After this 10-minute window the order is treated as accepted and in preparation, and can no longer be cancelled.
- Where a cancellation is allowed, any refund or payment settlement is adjusted based on mutual understanding between you, the vendor, and GET EAZY, taking into account whether preparation or dispatch has already begun.
- Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method or Get Eazy wallet.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Vendor content
Menu items, images, descriptions, and availability are provided by vendors and may vary. We are not responsible for vendor-supplied content but work to keep listings accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GET EAZY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the order giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Get Eazy Partner app (com.viitor.geteazypartner)
and your participation as a delivery partner on the Get Eazy platform operated by GET EAZY. By signing in or
using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a registered Get Eazy delivery partner.
- You must provide accurate information and hold any documents, licences, or permissions required to perform deliveries.
2. The service
The app connects registered delivery partners with delivery assignments from vendors to customers. GET EAZY provides the technology platform; it does not guarantee a minimum number of orders, earnings, or availability of assignments.
3. Your account & sign-in
- You sign in using your registered mobile number and a one-time passcode (OTP). Keep your device and login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Partner responsibilities
- Accept, handle, and deliver orders responsibly, safely, and in a timely manner.
- Keep your availability status accurate (active / away / inactive).
- Follow all applicable traffic, food-safety, and local laws.
- Treat customers, vendors, and Get Eazy staff respectfully.
- Do not misuse the app, manipulate orders/earnings, or provide false information.
5. Earnings & settlements
Earnings, incentives, and settlements are calculated according to the platform's then-current rules and are shown in the app. Settlement timelines and any applicable deductions or taxes are as communicated by GET EAZY. Figures shown in the app are indicative and subject to verification.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, tampering with orders, or falsifying delivery status or location.
- Harassment, unsafe behaviour, or unlawful activity.
- Reverse-engineering, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the app or platform.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, pose a safety or fraud risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion (see the "Delete My Account" page).
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GET EAZY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GET EAZY against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful or negligent conduct.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
